We welcome all users and would like to share the Terms and Conditions of Use with you. Any services provided by West Bengal Tourism are subject to the following Terms and Conditions (henceforth T&C). If you use this website it is deemed that you agree to all the terms and conditions that follow.

There may be additional terms for particular features provided.

• Rates are not valid for festive seasons, summer vacation (May & June) & long weekends.
• Transportation will be provided as per itinerary only (not at disposal). Any additional transport service will be on extra cost.
• Forests remain closed on Thursdays & from 15th Jun to 15th Sep.
• West Bengal Tourism will not be responsible for any incident beyond human control, such as natural calamity, political disturbance, loss or theft of baggage etc.
• Rates may change without prior notice. West Bengal Tourism reserves the right to modify or terminate any offer any time.
• Once the tour is booked, addition or alteration of service will be subject to availability & additional charge.

Package cost Includes :

• Arrival Assistance.
• Hotel Accommodation and Meal as Per Plan.
• Transfer and Sightseeing in exclusive AC/non-AC vehicle. The vehicle would be available as per itinerary only and the same vehicle will not provide service throughout the tour.

Package cost Excludes :

• Guide charge.
• Travel insurance.
• Entry fees, parking charges, Room Heater.
• Jungle Safari charges i.e. entry fees, car, parking & guide.
• Any Beverages or meals other than it are specified in the package details.
